Nowadays a lot of people rely on therapy to solve personal problems. The kind of problems that a person canââ¬â¢t work out by him/herself. No matter what kind of a problem a person may have there is always help available through therapy to resolve those problems. There are over fifteen types of therapies out there that I know of. Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Family Systems Therapy â⬠¦ are the kind of therapies out there, just to name a few. Although I am not in any need of any kind of therapy, but if I had to choose what kind of a therapy I would want to attend, I would choose Dream Analysis. ââ¬Å"Dream Analysis is a process of determining the meanings of dreams through symbols, myths, free association, and memories. There are a varietyâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦I was going crazy trying to figure out what my dreams represented. Were they about me at the present time? Where they about my past life? Where they about my future? What did my dreams mean? These are the kind of questions I was looking answers for, but didnââ¬â¢t get far with anything. Of course I was looking for these answers in my mother country where there arenââ¬â¢t that many people who are specialized in these kinds of things. And even if there were I wouldnââ¬â¢t know any of them. So I stopped looking for answers thinking that I would never get anywhere with the answers I was getting. However the research resumed once I moved to America, New York to be exact. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;I came here when I was about eleven years old, and wet straight to sixth grade. I spoke English a little bit, enough to understand what others were saying. I had a health class and the teacher was talking about stress and how can a person overcome it. And what do you know; she started talking about how sleep affects your stress. That got me a little curious and so I asked my teacher where I could find some information about dreams and what they mean. She told me that I could look into Dream Analysis. So I started looking into Dream Analysis all over again and if my questions could be answered in New York. The answers I couldnââ¬â¢t find answers to in my mother country.
